摘要
Based on the conservation of resources theory, this study examines the mechanism of work autonomy in human-robot collaboration on hotel employees’ service innovation behaviour and insomnia, and explores the mediating role of job insecurity and the moderating role of person-job fit. This study conducted a two-stage, multisource questionnaire survey among hotel industry employees and managers. The results show that job insecurity plays a mediating role between work autonomy in human-robot collaboration and service innovation behaviour/insomnia. Person-job fit not only moderates the relationship between work autonomy in human-robot collaboration and job insecurity but also moderates the mediating role of job insecurity. This study verified, for the first time, the impact of work autonomy in human-robot collaboration on employee work and health.
