摘要
In article number 2003912, Marcelina Cardoso Dos Santos, Niko Hildebrandt, and co-workers develop terbium-to-quantum-dot fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) nanohybrids for bright and autofluorescence-free multiplexed imaging in live cells and long-term imaging in developing zebrafish embryos over seven days, upon one-cell stage microinjection. The work provides a strategy for advancing in vivo imaging applications beyond the capabilities of fluorescent proteins.
