摘要
Based on experiment data, we establish function relations between the pressure difference and air permeability for every pore plate. And these equations derived from the fitted curves are stored in the single-chip microcomputer (MCU), which controls the pressure difference and calculates the corresponding air permeability. Due to the limited power and Stability of the exhauster, a wide measuring range is achieved by combining measurements with various-sized pore plates. The preliminary experiment results prove our mathematical model's correctness and the control strategy's effectiveness.
