摘要
A novel dual-functional fluorescent probe was developed enabling real-time tracking of intracellular NAD(P)H flux and mitochondrial functional decline at the single-cell level with high precision. This probe could assess mitochondrial damage and energy metabolism disruptions in PD-related dopaminergic toxicity models.
