Dual photoredox/cobalt-catalyzed regioselective hydroalkoxylation of 1,3-dienes with alcohols

An efficient method for the regioselective hydroalkoxylation of conjugated alkenes using abundant and diverse alcohols as nucleophiles, through the utilization of a dual photoredox/cobalt catalyzed radical-polar crossover MHAT process, was developed.
