The research of unmanned vehicles is to solve the potential safety hazards on highways. When the driver encounters an emergency, it is unable to stop the vehicle in time and provide emergency rescue to the vehicle. Therefore, there is a need for a device that can analyze and process the data collected by the sensor and transmit it to the main control module. For this reason, this article designs an unmanned car control system based on sensor data fusion technology. This article mainly analyzes the prospects and feasibility of driverless driving through experimental analysis and investigation methods, and applies relevant algorithms to study driverless path planning and obstacle avoidance technology, and finally forms a relatively complete automotive system. The survey results show that 82% support the use of unmanned driving. Therefore, an unmanned driving system based on sensor data fusion urgently needs a solution. The popularity of driverless cars is just around the corner.
