New phosphorescent iridium(iii) dipyrrinato complexes: synthesis, emission properties and their deep red to near-infrared OLEDs

A resistance to the bathochromic shift was found in a series of Ir(iii) dipyrrinato phosphors, which show the deep red to near-infrared emissions, and their OLEDs afforded a peak EQE of 2.8%.
