摘要
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical value of joint detection of the five tumor markers in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.METHORDS: 1 041 patient's serum were collected, and alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),carbohydrate antigen CA19-9,CA125,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),ferritin(SF) of five tumor marker were tested and comparative analysis of various tumor markers was made.RESULTS:CA19-1 in ovarian cancer patients was an average of 58.2±17.4,the remaining group average's was 7.6-18.1;ovarian cancer group patients with CEA average of 35.3±7.1 and the rest of the group average was 1.5-7.2;CA125 in ovarian cancer group was 618±207 in average and the other groups average was between 12-29;AFP in ovarian cancer group was 79.4±38.2,the rest group average of 2.3-2.9;SF average in ovarian cancer patients was 273±99,other group average 29-152;five indexes in positive rate was higher in ovarian cancer group compared to other groups(P0.05).CONCLUSION: The tumor markers combined detection significantly promote the application in the clinical detection of ovarian cancer.
