The Key Equipment for Carbon Fiber Production- Carbonization Furnace

Under high temperature treatment, polyacrylonitrile-based oxidized fiber with stable ladderlike molecular structure is transformed into carbon fiber containing at least 92% carbon element. Hith temperature carbonization furnace is the key equipment during carbonization process. Besides furnace main body, the key apparatus of carbonization furnace also includes non-touch labyrinth sealing apparatus, exhaust and treatment system of exhaust gass, and drawing system. To manufacture carbon fiber on a scale of hundreds tons per year, large carbonization furnace with entrance wider than one meter and other accessorial apparatus are needed.
