Study on synthesis and application tests of high-efficient crude oil pour point depressant

Crude oil pour point depressant A was synthesized and the product A was aminolyzed into the oil retarding agent B by high alkyl amines. When agent A and B are added to crude oil from Dagang oil field respectively which concentrations are 200×10~(-6), the crude oil freezing point is lowered 10 ℃ and 24 ℃ respectively. The reaction conditions of the aminolyzation are studied .It is observed that when the number of the carbons in high alkyl amines is 20 and the reaction is taken place at 90 ℃ for 5 h, the retarding result of pour point depressant B is the best.
