摘要
In this paper,we focused on the relationship between stable isotope and fragrance substance in flue-cured tobacco by math statistic methods, and the conclusions were as follows.1) There is low variation of δ13C stable isotope,on the contrary,δ15N stable isotope indicates high variation from the samples. The correlation denotes significant level at 0.05 betweenδ13C and δ15N stable isotope,at 0.01 betweenδ13C stable isotope and total nitrogen.2) The results denote significant negative correlation level at 0.01 between abundance ofδ13C stable isotope and esters and its degradation products, negative correlation level at 0.01 betweenδ13C stable isotope and neophytadiene;meanwhile, there are different degrees of correlation relationships between abundance ofδ13C stable isotope and fragrance substance, but the correlation between abundance of δ15N stable isotope and fragrance substance is not significant.3) The results from canonical correlation analysis show that the content of esters and its degradation products would decrease along with the abundance of δ15N stable isotope and C/N.The conclusion could be confirmed that there should be certain relationship between stable isotope and fragrance substance,so the fragrance substance may be influenced by the abundance of stable isotopes.
