Selection of Propane Emission Concentration in INNOVENE Polypropylene Process

Starting with the impact of propane concentration on catalyst activity,the relation of propane concentration and the expenses of catalyst in propylene polymerization reaction system has been fitted,and the mathematical relation of propane concentration and propylene discharge economic loss has been established.The most economical propane emission concentration is obtained by putting the curves of the two relations into the same coordinate system.
