摘要
Conventional microbial activity evaluation method and Biolog tail of uranium mining area was used to study variation characteristics of soil microbial activity and community functional diversity in different pollution levels and depth. Results showed that in low, medium and high pollution area, compared with the control group, different microbial biomass carbons, bacteria, respiratory and metabolic entropy reduced by 15% ~31%, 20% ~77%, 0% ~19% and 0% ~20%. With the increase of pollution, microbial biomass carbon and bacteria gradually reduced, and respiratory and metabolic entropy increased gradually, at 15 cm of soil microbial activity index was generally less than that at 30 cm. Compared with pollutionfree areas, microbial community structure diversity of mining area soil reduced, among them the contents of radioactive nuclide and Shannon index, Simpson index were positively correlated, while negatively related with AWCD value and McIntosh index. In depth, upper soil microbial AWCD value, Shannon index, Simpson index were higher than the lower, with the increase of pollution degree, also there were differences on the selective use of carbon source, and changes in the depth direction. The study would be helpful to provide certain reference for environmental quality assessment and ecological restoration of tail mine.
