Chemical Constituents of Daphne tangutica

Fourteen compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether fraction of the 95% ethanol extracts of Daphne tangutica Maxim.On the basis of spectral data,they were identified as β-sitosterol(1),β-daucosterol(2),2,4-dihydroxy-3,6-dimethylmethyl benzoate(3),osthol(4),phytol(5),palmitic acid(6),stigmast-5-ene-3β,7α-diol(7),(-)-lariciresinol(8),daphnetin(9),daphnoretin(10),(-)-syringaresinol(11),(+)-medioresinol(12),daphnelicin(13) and coffeoyl docosylester(14).
