Objective To compare the clinical effects of different doses of spironolactone in treatment of congestive heart failure combined with hyperkalemia. Methods 80 patients with congestive heart failure combined with hyperkalemia were equally divided into the treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group, all the cases were given the conventional treatment, and the control group was given large doses of spironolactone therapy, the treatment group was given small dose of spironolactone. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 92.5% and 90.0% respectively(P0.05).The LVEF and LVMI values of the treatment group had no significant difference after the treatment(P0.05).Before the treatment, there was no significant difference for serum potassium levels between the two groups(P0.05) and was significantly decreased after the treatment(P0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Spironolactone can improve the cardiac function of patients with congestive heart failure combined with hyperkalemia, and small doses of applications and can effectively reduce the risk of high potassium levels, which has good efficacy and safety.
