Research progress in p-type transparent conductive material based on delafossite

This paper presents the crystal and electronic st ructure of the p-type ABO2 compounds with delafossite structure.The preparation methods for films and the recent research progress of the p-type delafossite structure transparent conductive oxide thin films are also reviewed.And the foreground is also prospected.
