School Loyalty——the New Concept of Teacher Management

The teacher's school loyalty is a new problem on teacher management. The paper analyses the concept of school loyalty, and proposes that the key factors of enhancing teachers' school loyalty are to set shared vision, to manage based on people, to make the administrator as a captain and to build school's value system.
