Study of manufacturing process of bamboo plywood with soy protein adhesive

Use soy protein adhesive for bamboo plywood no-formaldehyde adhesive,the hot-pressing manufacturing process of plywood was researched.The results showed that bamboo plywood with soy protein adhesive of the optimum hot-pressing technical parameters were obtained as follows: hot-pressing time 50 min,hot-pressing pressure 17 MPa,hot-pressing temperature 140 ℃,the adhesive dosage 400 g/m2.Under this condition,the plywood were higher than requirements of Chinese National Standard for class II plywood in the bonding strength and water resistance.
