Study on the Farmers' Capacity Promotion Relying on Farmer Specialized Cooperatives

Starting from the necessity of farmers' capacity promotion,the system for measuring farmers' capacity was constructed,and based on the field research on cooperatives,the positive role of cooperatives on farmers' capacity promotion was investigated.Finally,the related policy recommendations were proposed.
