Obstacle and suggestions to garbage sorting and recycling in Shanghai

Started with a brief introduction on garbage sorting and recycling in Shanghai,this paper demonstrated the achievements and current obstacles in garbage sorting,and also analyzed the causes for the problems.Finally some suggestions were given to solve these problems.
