A nomogram prediction of gingival recession in mandibular incisors of orthodontic-orthognathic treated skeletal class III malocclusion with or without PAOO: A retrospective cohort study

Drawing on the findings of our investigation, we concluded the risk of gingival recession of mandibular anterior teeth increased after orthodontic-orthognathic treatment in skeletal Class III, whereas Periodontally Accelerated Osteogenic Orthodontics surgery could significantly improve the periodontal phenotype and prevent gingival recession.
