摘要
This article describes an investigation of the chemical and physical characteristics of calcium titanium oxide (CaTiO3), with a focus on its structural and electrical properties. Nanocrystalline CaTiO3 was synthesized using the solid-state technique. The samples' crystal structure was characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectroscopy. At room temperature, the study identified an orthorhombic crystal structure with a Pbnm (62) space group. In addition to structural characterization, the study investigated the ferroelectric and impedance properties of CaTiO3. These measurements were crucial for understanding charge transport mechanisms, revealing insights into polarization behavior and charge mobility, and highlighting the material's potential in electronic devices.
