Dynamic Adaptive Bandwidth Management Solution of Mobile TV Service

A dynamic and self-adaptive bandwidth management solution is proposed to provide quality of service(QoS)guarantee for the wireless mobile multimedia application which the mobile TV need to support.Contrast to the prior bandwidth management solution,the proposed solution reduces the number of multimedia stream used to lowering QoS and possibility of frequently changing quality,when receiving the equal number of new multimedia stream.
