Contamination and identification of bacteria in tissue cultures of Anubias barteri

Bacteria in tissue culture of Anubias barteri were isolated and identified in this study. The results showed that 13 isolates belonged to 11 genus(Paracoccus,Sphingomonas,Agrobacterium,Delftia,Roseateles,Cupriavidus,Herbaspirillum,Stenotrophomonas,Acinetobacter,Microbacterium,Mycobacterium)of 4 groups(Alphaproteobacteria,Betaproteobacteria,Gammaproteobacteria,Actinobacteria). 38.5% of all isolates were Betaproteobacteria that were dominant species. The result was beneficial for preventing the contamination of production in the future.
