Clinical analysis of contrast-induced nephropathy after cardiac intervention operation

Objective To improve the related professional physician′s awareness of the contrast harm by clinical analysis on contrast-induced nephropathy(CIN) after cardiac intervention operation.Methods From June 2010 to March 2011,178 cases of coronary stent implantation were followed up for postoperative 3 weeks and tested the serum creatinine levels before operation,at 48 h and 3 weeks after transplantation.The occurrence status of CIN was statistically analyzed.Results Increasing the dosage of contrast agent in 11 patients with CIN,incidence of CIN was improved significantly(P0.01).Conclusion The operator should pay attention to control the contrast agent dosage,effectively prevent and control the occurrrence of CIN.
