Analysis of food labelling regulations and standards at home and abroad

Food labelling management is an important measure to ensure food safety,and food labelling regulations and standards system establishment has been paid widespread attention.Background and main contents of food labelling regulations and standards were introduced here,and the status of food labelling regulations and standards of CAC,EU,USA and Japan were reviewed.Based on analysis of present situation of Chinese food labelling regulations and standards system,some suggestions for strengthening food labelling management in China were proposed.
