The Combined Effect of Different Mixtures of Two Fungicides on Magnapothe grisea

The controlling effect of fungicide A,B and their different mixtures on Magnapothe grisea was determined by measuring its mycelium growth rate.The results showed that EC50 of fungicide A and fungicide B was 1.44 μg/mL and 56.14μg/mL respectively,and EC50 and co-toxicity coefficient of the mixture between fungicide A and fungicide B with 1∶3 was 4.41 μg/mL and 121.46 separately,which indicates the mixture is of a significant synergized effect on Magnapothe grisea.
