Characteristics of dissolved oxygen change in the open raceway pond for cultivating spirulina platensis

In the paper,the on-line detecting system of DO,pH,Temperature designed by ourselves was used to measure the DO,pH and temperature which is shown in Fig 2;It presents the three-dimensional distribution of DO and the characteristics of DO change with temperature,light intensity,pH and stirring in outdoor open raceway pond used to cultivate spirulina platensis.Through which we clearly recognized the characteristics of the cultivating spirulina platensis,experiments and theories were posed for the optimum of the cultivating spirulina platensis in outdoor open raceway pond.
