摘要
The HO-terminated prepolymer of poly(butylene adipate-co-amidoethyl adipate) (PBEA) was prepared by the polycondensation of adipic acid with ethanolamine and excessive 1,4-butanediol.Polyesteramide PBEA with high molecular weight was synthesized by a chain-extending reaction from the HO-terminated PBEA prepolymer with terephthaloyl bis-caprolactamate(TBC) as chain-extender under reduced pressure in bulk state. The influencing factors on the chain-extending reaction were studied. At 220 ℃ and TBC/PBEA prepolymer molar ratio of 1.1,the PBEA with intrinsic viscosity of 0.82 dL/g was obtained. The PBEA prepolymer and the chain-extended PBEA were also characterized by GPC and DSC spectra, respectively. The molecular weight of the PBEA after the chain extension was increased evidently but the melting point decreased.
