Research Progress and Development Tendency of Cu(In,Ga)Se_2(CIGS) Thin Film Solar Cells

The constructions and performance characteristics of thin film solar cells based on Cu(In,Ga)Se2 are introduced,including their fabrication and technological processes.A brief description of current research and development situation in China and abroad on CIGS solar cell is also given,and the problem and research direction in the future on CIGS is also discussed.
