[Objective]To determine levels of enrofloxacin residue in aquatic foods in Ningbo.[Methods]Enrofloxacin were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbnent assay(ELISA)in 230 samples collected from 35 random places.[Results]The detecting median and rate of enrofloxacin was 23.25 μg/kg and 32.9%. The maximal content of enrofloxacin,322.1 μg/kg,is detected in a hairy crab. The detecting rate,62.5% and 73.3% in Fenghua and Zhenhai district is higher than that in other districts.[Conclusion]There lies high detecting content and rate of enrofloxacin in some aquatic foods in Ningbo. We should intensify the supervision of the application of enrofloxacin during breeding and selling aquatic foods.
