Investigation into Industrial Restructuring,Upgrading and the Path

Industrial restructuring and upgrading in academia and industry has formed a broad consensus,but the restructuring and upgrading are interrelated and mutually distinguishable concepts.On the basis of elaborating the need for industrial restructuring and upgrading,this paper redefines the concept of industrial restructuring and upgrading using the two concepts of vertical industrial structure and horizontal industrial structure.It further analyzes the specific path of restructuring and upgrading from the four aspects of inter-industry restructuring,intra-industry restructuring,industry upgrading,and inter-industry restructuring and upgrading.
