HPLC Determination of gastrodin in Gastrodin and Glucose Injection

OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determination of gastrodin in gastrodin and glucose injection by HPLC.METHODS A C18 column was used,water-acetonitrile(97∶3) as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was 220nm,the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.RESULTS The calibration curve showed a good linear at the range of 81.6～190.4μg·mL-1.CONCLUSION It is an accurate and sensitive method for determination of gastrodin in gastrodin and glucose injection.
