ChemInform Abstract: Rare‐Earth Aluminosilicate Glasses.

Abstract Rare‐earth aluminosilicate glasses of the general formula 20 Ln2O3·20 Al 2 O 3 ·60 SiO 2 (Ln: Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, and Yb) are prepared as well as two series of mixed rare‐earth glasses containing Nd/Er and Nd/Y, respectively.
