Macrospherulites of poly(ethylene oxide)

Using lower molecular weight, linear polymers of ethylene oxide such as the Carbowaxes together with higher weight species of poly(ethylene oxide), many of the features of high polymer crystalline morphology can be demonstrated with simple and readily available equipment.
