Determination of the concentration of Acyclovir in human plasma by RP-HPLC

Objective To establish a method for the determination of acyclovir in human plasma. Moth380nm. The column temperature was 30℃ and the sample size was 20 μl.Results The linear range of acyclovir was 112～1120ng/ml (r=0.9999),the methods recovery was 96.85%～99.24%,withinday-day and between-day RSD was less than 3%.Conclusions The method is simple,accurate,special and can be used for the pharmacokinetics study of acyclovir.
