摘要
Abstract A method for the effective and rapid synthesis of perhydrofuro[2,3‐ b ]‐pyran from 1,2‐cyclopropane sugar and indole is described. New scaffolds were rapidly constructed within 10 minutes in the presence of BF 3 ⋅ Et 2 O. Novel 2,2‐di‐substituted perhydrofuro[2,3‐ b ]‐pyran products containing various indoles were obtained in medium to excellent yields.
