Analysis of Liver Cancer Liver Tissue in Patients with HBV Replication State

Objective Learn about HBV replication in patients with liver cancer.Methods 100 patients with liver cancer were observed for the HBV markers.10 patients’ liver tissue were used to check the HBVcccDNA.Results Liver cancer in patients with anti-HBe positive rate of 71%,serum antiHBe positive serum HBV DNA 103 copies/mL of 66.4%,significantly higher than the serum HBeAg-positive persons(16.7%,P0.05);anti-HBe-positive patients with HBV DNA107 copies/mL(5.7%) was significantly lower than that of HBeAg-positive patients,33.7%(P0.05).HBeAg-positive patients with HBV DNAlevels of 6.8lg copies/mL,anti-HBe positive HBV DNAlevel was 3.2lg copies/mL;10 cases of liver tissue censorship,HBV DNApositive,HBVcccDNApositive six cases.Conclusion The liver cancer patients with high positive ratio,the liver tissue could be still found out the HBVcccDNA.
