Experimental research on enhancement heat transfer of lubricating-oil cooler with integral pin-fin tube is reported in this paper. The experimental results show the excellent heat transfer performance of the improved oil cooler.When the number of heat transfer tubes is cut down by 1/2 and the amount of oil flow keeps unchanged, the amount of heat transfer of enhancement tubes is 1.06 times that of smooth oil_cooling tubes, while the heat transfer factor of the former is 2.2 times that of the latter.
