Prefilter banks and balancing biorthogonal system based on Hermite Cubics

The balancing and prefilter theories of orthogonal multiwavelet system are generated to the biorthogonal system firstly. Then,based on nonbalanced biorthogonal Hermite Cubics system,two prefilter banks that make the low-pass branch preserve 3-order polynomial signals are designed. In the end,a biorthogonal system balanced of order 1 coming from Hermite Cubics is constructed,too.
