One of the problems to be solved in the management of equipment maintain spare parts is the purchase,for general spare parts have their peculiarities.compared with the specified spare parts,as a result of procurement funding,it weakens the procurement scale,the general spare parts are unable to meet the average equipment maintenance spare parts demand for the year.The paper establishes a purchase quantity allocation decisions model for general spare parts by introducing the importance degree coefficient.Finally the paper shows a case of this theory to explain its function.It is thought to be of some guidance for purchasing.
