Structure modification and antibacterial activity tests of triclosan

Four derivatives of triclosan were synthesized and their structures were confirmed by IR,1HNMR,HRMS.The antibacterial activity of the new compounds against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were tested,and one new compound could inhibit Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in concentration of 20μg/mL.
