Sensitivity of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides of Xinyang Region to Five Fungicides

The colony diameter law was used to test sensitivity of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides of Xinyang region to five fungicides. The results showed that Colletotrichum gloeosporioides was high sensitive to difenoconazole,azoxystrobin,propiconazole and Mancozeb. EC50 of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides to difenoconazole ranged from 0. 3185 to 0. 6740 μg·m L~(-1)with the mean value of0. 4470 μg·m L~(-1); EC50 to azoxystrobin ranged from 0. 6028 to 0. 9009 μg·m L~(-1)with the mean value of 0. 6915 μg·m L~(-1); EC50 to propiconazole ranged from 0. 3935 to 0. 6872 μg·m L~(-1)with the mean value of 0. 5441 μg · m L~(-1); EC50 to Mancozeb ranged from 1. 5720 to 2. 5062 μg·m L~(-1)with the mean value of 1. 9028 μg·m L~(-1). Some of the tested strains showed middle resistance to carbendazim.
