The study of dermis fibroblast cultivation in vitro for rhytidoplasty

Objective To study the fast method to culture dermal fibroblast in vitro.Methods Cultured dermal fibroblast in vitro with tissue pieces and enzymatic digestion, then observed the growth of cells. Results The cultured cells with tissue pieces and enzymatic digestion were shuttle shape, which showed the cells were pure fibroblasts. A lot of cells can be obtained fast.Conclusion We found a new method which is suitable to culture fibroblast of mice and human. They can be used for rhytidoplasty because of high purity and number.
