Research on the Grassroots Cadres'Emergency Response on Public Health Incident

Grassroots cadres play a key role in controlling public health emergency in rural areas.Presently,there are many problems in emergency response process for grassroots cadres.We should transform the ideas of grassroots cadres,improve the selection system if grassroots cadres,to strengthen the emergency management training for grassroots cadres,to perfect the emergency response reward system,thereby increasing the emergency response capacity of grassroots cadres timely and effective control the public health emergencies in rural areas.
