Preliminary Investigation of the Relation between Nine Metal Ions and the Metabolite of Marine Fungus B77

The relation between nine metal ions and the metabolite of marine fungus B77 was investigated.The result showed that Zn2+ could obviously accelerate the growth of marine fungus B77 at the concentration of 0.15 mg/mL,gain more mycelia,shorten the growth time and increase the yield of the secondary metabolites.The results indicated appropriate metal ions could affect the growth of marine fungus B77 and the production of secondary metabolites.
