Therapeutic effect observation of Frecoseryl Eye Drop in treating the bad healing of corneal epithelium after operation of pterygium

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Frecoseryl Eye Drop in treating the bad healing of corneal epithelium after operation of pterygium.Methods Forty-eight patients with bad healing of corneal epithe-lium after operation of pterygium were randomly divided into two groups of one group with artificial tears and another with Frecoseryl Eye Drop.The recovery of corneal epithelium was evaluated respectively.Results The group with Frecoseryl Eye Drop alleviated clinical symptom rapidly and corneal epithelium was restored well.Conclusion Frecoseryl Eye Drop for treating the bad healing of corneal epithelium after operation of pterygium can alleviate ocular irritation and effectively promote the recovery of corneal epithelium.
