Comparative Study on Affecting Efficacious Component of Pinellia ternata(Araceae) from Several Organic Fertilizers

Objective To study effect of efficacious component of Pinellia ternata(Thunb.) Breit.(Araceae) from five disposal methods of four fertilizers for increasing efficacious component content of cultivated Pinellia ternat to achieve higher quality and profits.Methods The effect of increasing production on efficacious component content in Pinellia ternat was studied through using random experimental design completely.Results When α=0.05,it is not differ significantly for comparison of increasing efficacious component content;DANCAN test indicated that mineral fertilizer and fungus fertilizer were not significant but liquid fertilizer used in root and on leaves to obtain the highest content of whole alkaloid,using fertilizer on leaves was 0.0673% and in root was 0.053%,each exceeded comparison(0.04%) 39.6% and 10.3%,respectively.Conclusion Liquid amino acid fertilizer can increase efficacious component in Pinellia ternata(Thunb.) Breit.(Araceae),and in future the most appropriate dosage,using time and usage can be studied to gain the higher quality and profit.
