EFFECT OF ZnO SHAPE AND CONTENT ON ELECTROMAGNETIC CHARACTERISTICS OF ZnO/Ni Zn FERRITE COMPOSITE

The effect of ZnO shape and content on electromagnetic characteristics of ZnO/Ni Zn ferrite composite in the range of 1～ 1000MHz was studied It was found out that the composite permittivity(e', e) and permeability (μ', μ)decreased with increase of ZnO whiskers or particles content, and at the same composition and frequency, the composite permittivity(e', e) and permeability (μ',μ) of ZnO whiskers/Ni Zn ferrite composite was greater than that of the ZnO particles/Ni Zn ferrite composite
