PROGRESS IN THE STUDY OF SOY PROTEIN PLASTICS

Progress in the study of soy protein p lastics including the kinds of soy pr otein,modifying methods of soy protein plastics and the preparing process are summarized.It was pointed out that using soy protein as pla stics is a good choice for deeper processin g of agriculture products.
